Sponsorship Opportunities for Registry Week: October 16th – 21st, 2011

Sponsor the “Thank You” food gift card given to each individual who takes the time to complete the Vulnerability Index survey.

One $5 gift card per person for up to 500 homeless Arlingtonians: TOTAL NEEDED = $2,500

  • $5 = gift card for 1 homeless Arlingtonian
  • $100 = gift cards for 20 homeless Arlingtonians
  • $500 = gift cards for 100 homeless Arlingtonians
  • $1,500 = gift cards for 300 homeless Arlingtonians

Sponsor breakfast and coffee for the 150 survey and data entry volunteers who will canvass the streets of Arlington and record the survey information each morning for three days in a row.

$750 for breakfast and coffee each day for 3 mornings: TOTAL NEEDED = $2,250

*Or provide an In-kind Donation of food and beverages for up to 150 people per day*

  • Tuesday, October 18th
  • Wednesday, October 19th

Sponsor the office supplies needed to make Registry Week an efficient and successful event.

Provide clipboards, pens, pencils, paper, folders and other supplies for staff and volunteers

  • Up to $500
Sponsorship Opportunities for Direct Benefits to Homeless Individuals

Sponsor “Welcome Kits” for housed individuals.

Each kit includes move-in costs, furnishings for the apartment, food and toiletries

  • $1,000 each

Sponsor rental assistance for individuals moving into Permanent Supportive Housing.

Rental assistance is made up of the security deposit and rent payments.

  • $1,200 = one Arlingtonian for 1 month
  • $3,600 = one Arlingtonian for 3 months
  • $14,400 = one Arlingtonian for 1 year
